The fact that I specified with the woman at the front desk that I would only need the unit until the first week of August but had to pay for the entire month is absurd. No other unit does that.

I don't really have any precedent on using a storage facility, however I can say that the processes of getting the paper work, lock and key, and location of unit all went smoothly enough.

Check in was quick and firiendly. The unit was cleaned out just fine. The only negative was there were many ants in the floor of the unit but they let me use some of their ant killer.
